Customer Service Training

For all staff, focus is on providing exceptional customer service skills and techniques to guests, which includes presentation, body language, greetings, facial expressions, sales and marketing of services through upselling, overserving guests, preventing intoxication, intervention for difficult and belligerent guests. This training does not replace responsible alcohol service certification, such as RAMP or ServSafe, but provides a refresher course for staff and highlights the importance of  interpersonal skills and people skills from a bar psychologist.
